Snowdrops and Rosemary are a well established care provider in Cowes, our team is equipped and ready to support you, giving you the confidence to take some time for yourself. Our team will look after your loved one, allowing you time to take a walk or a weekend break.

All too often, when providing care, one can forget to maintain individual breaks and continue a life separate from the daily routine of care. Taking time for yourself is as important as the care you give. Regular breaks from care will support your mental and physical health.

Respite team

Our Respite Team will meet with you and your loved one and complete a temporary Care Plan. The Care Plan will detail all of the requirements and needs of your loved one whilst you take a well earned break. You will be reassured that we will take care of everything, all of your routines detailed and noted. We will match our carers to best suit your home and loved one.
