Care in your home

Tailored to your needs

Your local care provider

We provide care to support you to in maintaining your chosen lifestyle. So, we keep you in control and provide you with the home care on the Isle of Wight that you want, where and when you want it.

We have been around for just over 10 years, working with our lovely clients to support them in life – we know what it takes to provide outstanding care.

When the need for more intensive support arises, it can be unnerving to go through the various options and find out which is the best fit for you. But with care in the home delivered by Lisa and the team, we will be on hand to provide guidance and support through every step of the way, and we will get to know you and your preferences so that you have a personalised package of care that is completely unique to you.

What our clients say......

"My parents were very reluctant to get help as we have heard too many stories about a different and new face coming in every day and only staying for a minimum amount of time, not taking the time to get to know the person and give them the opportunity to chat.

With Snowdrops and Rosemary the team have given my parents a lot of time, care and love. They have grown to really love the relationships they have built up with the small handful of regular carers that visit them every day.

Out family is so thankful to have found this unique service which has given us peace of mind especially as we all live on the mainland and cannot get over as often as we would like. I thoroughly recommend this superb team." Mrs C, Hampshire.

"The care my mother receives is above and beyond the care she had previously. Snowdrops and Rosemary think outside the box, really care about the individual and work their hardest to make my Mum happy during her dementia journey. I seriously could not manage without them." Mrs D Isle of Wight.
